Review: Red Baron Chicken Alfredo Pan Pasta

Now that I am cooking for two, preparing meals should be easier, but in fact they are more of a chore. Because my husband eats his main meal at lunch, he often does not want a full meal for dinner. He is happy to eat a bowl of cereal! One food that my husband and I really love is noodles.

Save leftovers! Leftovers can often be frozen to make into delicious new meals at a later date. For example, leftover chicken can be served in a salad or as slow cooker chicken alfredo jar sauce, leftover ham could be put into omelets, a stew, or into a gravy. There are endless possibilities to revive a leftover dish into something new and yummy.

Cook once and eat twice - always make enough for leftovers for lunch the next day or for dinner another night. Devote one evening or Sunday afternoon to cooking for the week. Divide meals into portions and refrigerate or freeze. Chop vegetables ahead of time that you'll be using for recipes that don't freeze well, like a stir fry, for example.

Chips are handmade and the salsas are delicious. If you love Mexican food, this restaurant is a must-visit for your next St. Louis date.
