This week's savings include an extra $10 off at Winn Dixie and an extra $5 off at Albertson's. The flyers for the week are effective Wednesday, March 24th to Wednesday, March 30th although some stores do vary sale dates to start and end a sale so check with the specific store prior to heading out. Winn Dixie has a $5 off a $30 purchase coupon that arrived in both the Tuesday mail and in the Wednesday Tampa Tribune. Albertson's coupon was in the Tuesday mailer.

Have regular checkups with your doctor and dentist. Go for your pap smears/prostate checks, breast exams and any other examinations that will help you to catch early any potential hazards to your health.

The idea here is that the sauce is cooked at the same time with the meat, thus allowing blending or mixing of the two. Another emerging method is through baking. This can be done through the use of an oven slow cooker pork ribs or using a pot which you put on the stove. In here, you mix all the ingredients together with the sauces and put in the oven. Since these methods only take about 30 minutes to 1 hour to cook or prepare the meal, they are usually done when you are busy or there is no time to cook the barbeque properly. However, these methods are often not the best way to prepare the barbeque.

The Elephant Bar has a very relaxing and jungle like appearance. They have giant leaves that move back and forth on the ceiling. They also have nice trees in the entrance that look great. The whole look makes you feel like you are eating in the jungle, or at least creates the illusion that you are. Bottom line the atmosphere is very relaxing and great..
