Gourmet Barbecue - My Personal Favorite

If you plan on visiting the beautiful state of Colorado, head over to Denver and visit the oldest restaurant Denver has. The Buckhorn Exchange Restaurant!Located on 1000 Osage Street in Denver, Colorado, it is a National Historic Landmark in Colorado, located just a few minutes from busy downtown Denver. This restaurant has been proudly serving its patrons since 1893.


Bill Johnson's is one of the finest eateries in phoenix where u can find the food is cheap & straightforward. It's cute, and a tradition, and , the food, the service is also very good. The wait staff is kind and helpful. The corn was sweet and really good and the sausage was great. I just liked the zucchini appetiser too!!! Love the sign outside though. I actually enjoyed the relaxed feel of this place. Food was glorious. Service was good, staff friendly, wow, a great choice!


The secret to a good pulled beef brisket is to cook it nice and slow at around 225 degrees for several hours. So if you are looking for a quick and easy meal tonight, cooking brisket in the oven is not the way to go.


Bubb's Grub is all about the food. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. My favorite is definitely the two meat combo with both brisket and pulled beef brisket pork. The cole slaw is also very tasty and compliments the barbecue perfectly.


When my family arrived at the restaurant it looked like any other small restaurant or cafe in downtown Portland. It doesn't exactly stick out with its black awning with white lettering, the typical outer decor of most places downtown. However when I walked into the restaurant I almost instantly felt the kind of warmth you find when you've finally gone back home.


Michel's at roast beef brisket the Colony Surf is a perfect romantic dining experience. You'll need to make reservations. The menu is masterpiece featuring appetizers such as Michel's famous lobster bisque with fresh Maine lobster meat flamed in Cognac right at your table. The Caesar salad is also prepared at your table and consists of baby romaine lettuce, hearts of palm, a creamy dressing topped with the anchovy.


Remove the brisket from the oven and pour off the sauce. Allow it to cool for approximately 30 minutes and then slice very thin across the grain. Drizzle some sauce over the slices and serve.


With comfortable pricing and a relaxed atmosphere, The Beachcliff Tavern is an ideal hideout during the chaotic work weeks. The specials are hard to resist, and if your timing is right, you might even get how to use a slow cooker hear some live music the Tavern occasionally spotlights. All are made to feel welcome, and it's hard to go wrong any night at The Beachcliff Tavern.
