Instead of turning to unhealthy fast food or costly restaurant-fare, I turn to my repertoire of delicious, healthy, and incredibly quick 15 minute meals. These 15 minutes meals can honestly be prepared and on the table in 15 minutes or less. For all you busy parents and career-minded individuals out there, here are five healthy and tasty meals that can be prepared in 15 minutes or less.
